Who can attend the event?
This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required at entry.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, as all proceeds support Fylde Kids Foundation’s work with children. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the charity and cannot be rescheduled.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-transferable without prior agreement from Fylde Kids Foundation.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that Fylde Kids Foundation cancels the Awards Night, all ticket holders will be notified. A full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date will be offered.
Will photography or filming take place?
Yes. By attending, guests consent to photography and filming for promotional purposes, unless the organiser is notified in advance.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. The dress code is Festive Black Tie. As this is a formal event, guests are expected to dress accordingly and behave in a way that reflects the nature of the evening.

Respect & Behaviour

Guests must treat one another, staff, and volunteers with respect at all times.

This event is a fundraiser for a children’s charity — please behave appropriately to reflect the cause.

Nobody is permitted to go on stage without permission from the organisers.

Guests must not touch, move, or interfere with any fixtures, fittings, equipment, or decorations at the venue.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable in all circumstances except if the event is cancelled by Fylde Kids Foundation and cannot be rescheduled.

Refunds are not available for non-attendance.

Liability

Fylde Kids Foundation accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.

The charity is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred by attendees.

Photography & Media

By attending, guests consent to photography and filming for promotional use, unless prior written notice is given to the organiser.

Health, Safety & Emergency Policy

The venue will meet all health and safety standards.

A designated safety officer will be present.

Fire exits will be clearly marked and unobstructed.

First aid provision will be available on site.

Emergency evacuation procedures will be briefed to staff and volunteers.

All accidents and incidents must be logged and reported.

No guests under 18 are permitted.
Safeguarding & Welfare Policy

This is an adults only event, no under 18s are permitted.

All staff and volunteers must follow the charity’s safeguarding procedures.

Alcohol will only be served to guests over 18 with valid ID checks.

Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Any safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to the safeguarding lead.
Code of Conduct & Inclusivity Policy

Respect is non-negotiable, guests, staff and volunteers must treat each other with kindness and courtesy at all times.

Discrimination, offensive language or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Dress code and behaviour must reflect the formal nature of the event.

The use, possession, or distribution of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
